Meet Our Staff

Miss Beth:

Miss Beth is the Early Childhood Education Specialist at Jamestown Community College, Executive Director of Chautauqua Lake Child Care Center, and a Level 3 NYS Early Learning Credentialed Trainer. She recently received Child Care  Exchange magazine's Exceptional Emerging Leader award. Beth has many years of experience with young children and their families in the public school, in-home child care and center-based child care.  She has her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and Masters of Science in Curriculum and Instruction Education.  She also has over 10 years of experience facilitating professional development for providers, teachers and pre-service educators. 

Ms Marie:

Marie has her Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education and Masters of Science in Curriculum and Instruction Education.  She worked in the Toddler Program as Head Teacher here at CLCCC from 2009-2016 she then worked in the Infant Program as the Head Teacher from 2016-2019.  She then spent a year as a Kindergarten Teacher and has now returned to CLCCC in 2020.

Ms. Katie has a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education.  She began working at CLCCC through a student teacher placement in 2016. 

Ms Kendra:

Kendra has her Certificate in Early Childhood Development and an Associates in Applied Science.  Kendra started her early childhood career at Jamestown Community College Campus Center in 1997-2003 in the Infant/Toddler Program.  She then worked at the Appleseed Preschool Program for a year.  In 2010 she began substitute teaching at CLCCC in each of our classrooms and in 2020 she took her position as Assistant Teacher.

Ms Jennifer:

Jennifer has her Bachelor of Science in Education, as well as her Masters degree in Education.  She is certified both in Music and Early Childhood Education.  Jennifer worked for 20 years in public schools as a music teacher and has been the Toddler Program Head Teacher from 2016 - Present.

Ms Jessica:

Jessica joined the CLCCC team early in 2022.  She is continuing her education in Early Childhood at this time.  She started as a part time sub in our center and is super excited to get the opportunity to be part of the full time staff!

Ms Leigha:

Leigha has her Masters in Education and a minor in Psychology.  Leigha started her teaching career in Buffalo and then moved to this area.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her nephew. 

Ms. Megan
Ms. Megan brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for early childhood education to our preschool team. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and has worked with a wide range of age groups in Westfield, Rochester, and Buffalo. Recently, Ms. Megan returned to this area with her family, excited to raise her daughter in the community.

Ms Lauren

Ms. Lauren holds an Associate’s Degree. She has spent several years working with our children at CLCCC and is thrilled to now have the opportunity to work with them full time. Ms. Lauren is continuing her education in Early Childhood Education, and we are fortunate to have her with us during this exciting time in her journey.
